This is a spacecraft model.
Now you can have a life-size model of the SORA-Q transformable lunar robot in your own collection! The SORA-Q was jointly developed by Takara Tomy and JAXA, and is scheduled to land on the moon in 2023. This reproduction has the same size, the same deformation, and the same movement (crawling, and like a butterfly) as the robot that will go to the moon. It's made of metal for a realistic feeling. Using a dedicated app (free to download), you can transform SORA-Q, steer it forward, backward, left and right, and enjoy lunar exploration mission play, as well as photography. You can learn more about space and the moon, with actual lunar surface data owned by JAXA and bits of knowledge about space!
